Please…you can’t be serious about Communism? You would take this country and turn it in a direction that is the complete opposite of the way it was founded and made great due to one depression? Remember there have been nine depressions since 1957 and we always come back stronger than before! When it comes to communism, there is no greater corruption on the face of the planet!

I fully agree that communism wouldn't really be that bad... The problem is that communism seems to always come with some form of corruption- so it's almost always bad. I'm sure there are a few examples of communism that has worked in smaller areas, but not too many. -

Suzukiman and I think Joshua agree. The point of communism is to work together to accomplish happiness. Which means ya know whatever the group wants. and that also means no one is forced. as in I'm telling you to help us against your will. it has to be everyone goal to work towards and everyone has to agree on the method in which to get there. So that is OK THAT IS FINE AND GOOD. What is not fine and good is the use of force. We are not... I am not advocating the use of force. I personally think that full capitalism works and will work regardless of corrupt people. If the government has no power to instate new interpretations of the law and no way to interrupt businesses with terrifs etc then you will have prosperity. I have spoken at length on this please address me in particular if you have any further issue with political or economic dillusions. Our founding fathers where libertarian and so am I...... but pure capitalism is 100% greed if you dont change the laws the companies will find a way to break them for personal gain this is good if you are highish up in the company so I personally wouldnt complain if i was their but if i wasnt i certainly would this also means there would be 0 laws that argue for workers rights remember the corporations will tear these a new one if the laws dont get reinterpreted or new ones made all this means is the top heads are really really rich and everyone else is poor just look at eve online that games economy is purely lawless and all you see is a ton of ponzi schemes and hostile takeovers so you dont want a 100% free market situation ..... for the best government it would be computer controlled making any and all money transactions documented this will severly limit the effects of greed because the computers would decide if it is correct or notand automatically decide your pay. if you do a good job you get more pay depending on how much money gets lost by you vs how much gets gained by you. that would be a perfect human government because people cant actually agree to simply be happy and work towards a common goal. hah so beat that. remember because there is greed you need rules and because there is rules your not free.Looking for my head ............... yeah the eight valve one yeah ....

I think that you may have Communism mixed with Socialism. Russia and China are Communist and Canada is Socialist. Now don’t get me wrong, if you like Communism feel free to move to China or Russia but keep your hands off the United States when it comes to Democracy! As for no corruption in Communism…let’s take a look at Putin and how he is having term limits changed so he can become President again, not only become president but do so by being appointed by the current President…that means no election by the people…sounds like corruption to me. As for China, I think that they have there hands full with the whole violations of human rights and oppressing there people to worry about extending term limits. Although I heard that you can now have privet ownership of property there now, but good luck when you make only 10 dollars a day!
My best advice for you is too turn north and explore Canada. See it’s just a short trip and you don’t have to cross any oceans, in fact, you can take your car there. I understand that you want to change America into a Socialist country, it’s because you forgot that Canada was even there! It’s Ok, most people do that to Socialist countries Cuba, Laos, North Korea and Vietnam (by the way, add Russia and China and you have the only Communist Countries left in the world. I’m curious, what is the country that you want to model the US after?). It’s funny how the biggest super power in world history started and still exists as a Capitalist Market under Democratic Process and is ruled by the people! There is not one Communist or Socialist Country that can say that!
Oh, by the way, here are some other markets that are crumbling at this time (EU, Russia, China, Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, India, Japan and Canada) It kind of looks like a mixed bag! Remember that there are economists in Russia that have been quoted as saying in the last week “America will bounce back from this, in fact I don’t think that America can or will ever fail”. -
I’m sorry, I forgot to mention that Communism is a party or system of rule and Socialism is a Market Structure. They are two different things! I think that we can all agree that we need to maintain Democracy instead of adopting Communism…

continue to enforce the law and there is no necessity to make new ones. There is nothing wrong with greed, intrinsically that is. Remember the US is only a Representative democracy which if you do careful demographics could very easily become extremely corrupt and one sided. and sialer the problem with that is you will get monopolies on things that nothing will be able to compete against all the "sprouting" companies will get trampled by the big companies no matter how corrupt, overpriced, or conditionally bad with even worse standards the big company may have.
