Suzukiman: the incentive would be progress itself or the good feeling you get for accomplishing something you wanted to do or feeling as if you are part of something bigger, and the fact that there needs too be visible tangible incentives is why it woun't work with our mindset.
Suzukiman: Actually most of my stuff is logical and realistic for example: why would people have a hobby racing RC cars? All it does is waste money and is a lot of work prepping, building, fixing, and rebuilding the cars, but in the end you get the satisfaction of finishing the build accomplishing something even thought it had a negative monetary value to it. Now you can apply that to all work and you will find you like your job better and you will end up working harder at it without even thinking about a raise. That is called ambition and it doesn't need money to make it work!
Suzukiman: wait you said "let government do thinking" is it holloween already or is this just a slasher film? because that phrase scares me.
AyaHu: Today I woke up at 2:45 but only because I wanted to work out and make breakfast.

I was joking.
Sasquatch: I'm torn. Yes, the economy would be much worse in the short term, if the major banking institutions failed. However, smaller, more successful businesses should be able to buy their assets and expand. Survival of the fittest. It's a matter of deciding the lesser of two evils.
Suzukiman: well the government should lay off a bunch of management and clean house bring in a bunch of new people that know how to manage and get rid of useless jobs along with consolidating human resources and streamlining the whole thing cut out all the fat in the laws and regulations too.
