   actually i never return items. i always make sure that i want what im buying.  
    
   my first line of defense is i never let someone like you talk me into buying some usless peice of crap that needs a warranty because you already know its gonna break.  
    
   I also only buy quality products. very rarely does anything i buy break because i make sure to weed through all the poorly repackaged items and dented boxes to get one that has been handled the least by an employee like you.  
    
   I have never purchased a warranty because they are pointless garb. if the product fails out of the box i can return it anyways and if it fails with use shortly after that it was either my fault or it is almost always covered by the manufacturer. id much rather rma my stuff then trust it to your equally bitter tech department.  
    
   complaining or asking for help would do absolutely no good because you have already stated in other posts your job is to "sell things" not have any knowledge about anything in your store so chances are i already know more than you can tell me. remember your job isnt tech support so once you make the sale your useless to me.  
    
   if you read enough of my posts to be able to say i repeat myself then you would see that i to am a commissioned sales person.  
    
   i love how you can dish out all your whinny b!tch complaints about customers yet you cant handle it when one has somthing to say about the employees.  
    
   and i do buy some ad items. why wouldnt I? some of the deals on hard drives and such are pretty good. whats your point?  
    
   you have a really warped view to resort to calling customers cheap ass' for not buying a warranty that you now is borderline pointless to begin with.  
    
   if anyone should be leaving it is you. dont dish out what you cant handle. if you would like to inform the public on what you think is proper customer etiquette then please feel free....

He seems like the type that would be like oh I know about computer and if there is something wrong with my PC ill just fix it myself. Hahahah yeah but do you have the parts, ....exactly...     so then answer my questions. you say that i am ignorant yet when i openly ask you to educate me you only return with hostility.  
     
    so let me agree with you then and say that i am indeed ignorant. and have no clue what i am talking about.....break it down for me?  
     
    i came here for no other reason then to understand why the sales people at frys and the customers seem to have a completly different view on how things should be.  
     
    and all you have done thus far is tell me how i dont know what im talking about. yet you avoid answering any questions.  
     
    so far you have answered no more questions here then you have admitted to in your store.  
     
    .....greencard.......most of my questions in this topic and others are open questions. why dont you give your answers instead of mindlessly flamming.  
     
    im not pretending to know what its like, i do. im offering my perspective as a frustrated customer and a baffled saleperson. frys is uneque only in its mass amount of attitude. sales, warrenties, returns, its all the same no matter where you go. i dont need to work at frys to understand sales. what i am trying to understand is what about that store makes salesmen have such a warped attitude about customers.  
     
    but you still have yet to contribute any worthwhile response. so either contribute somthing besides informing me that i am an idiot. or dont reply, let someone else reply who actually has a contribution.  
     
    oh and greencard your right, when i used to come in there i didnt know much. but now that i do know a little something im smart enough not to go back. frys has its perks but until they do somthing about the rogue salespeople ill keep going elswhere. I can get parts anywhere
