Today I had made a sale with a laptop and a 3 year. The customer I helped was trying to decide between a fujitsu and hp. I gave them my opinion and was about to go get the laptop when another sales associate came up and started talking to them, telling them the same thing I was talking about when it came to the warranty. I was unaware that he had already answered the couple's questions and was waiting for them to make a decision. He simply hovered around expecting me to make a co-sale when at the time I had no idea it was his sale in the first place. So later on when I am making a sale he pulls up the quote, zero's out the laptop under my number and puts it under his number. I caught him when I noticed ten dollars missing from my sale and confronted him about it. he claims that he didnt know how it happened, and signed the commission transfer form. Mean while his friend and co worker starts telling me off for stealing his sale, telling me it was shady to pull something like that. I told him I didnt have any idea what he was talking about, and when his friend told me about the sale, I looked at him, he said it was true and I asked him why he didnt say anything in the first place. He shrugged and continued to sign the form, signing the commission over to me. I was unaware about the origianl sale that I supposedly "stole" from him, because he didnt open his mouth and say something in the first place. Then pulled that shady shit to try and get back at me. He wouldnt be able to prove that I supposedly stole this sale, and if he woulda said something in the first place I would have gladly done a co sale with him. We both still win, so it doesnt bother me at all unless I know I was the only one working with that customer the whole time. But to go into someone else's quote and change it up, leaving a paper trail to prove that he did it, thats just plain stupid. -

you should poke holes in his tires and throw some rats into his car. stupid people who steals sales, i hate them. Especially the damn Persian at store 10.

in everyone of these incidents, we should reveal the salesman and let the world know his deceitfulness. damn thieves.

Be the better man, what goes around comes around, one lost sale for you is a free sale for you in the future. Pretty much.
Or such has been my experience in the housing industry, which is far more challenging and cut-throat than the electronics and other. When some stupid ho stole my sale I got one of theirs the day they were sick or someone came in looking especially for me and bought something when I had no relation to them.

Well if a customer asks you to get the item, it's your sale. If he walks away, his loss.. and if you wrote the quote first, you cannot be stealing a sale. If he couldnt close it, then tough luck. i've seen worse.. like upgrading a customer from a 3yre to a 5yr and rewriting the whole sale including the notebook.. shady...
