So Ive been working at Frys for almost a year now, and I hate it, draw system, the shitty managers, the almost no commission, this place is awful. Im in AZ at store 20 and I wanted to know how to go about filing a verbal harassment sheet. I wave and tell my manager hi, and he simply tells me to "fuck off". This is illegal as hell.
I have a huge long list of everything this store has done to me as well as the other employees of Frys.
-Draw back commission
-Being told to fuck off from a manager
-Getting moved by my manager to the other side of the store so I cant make sales (he threatened to move me to the other side because he didnt want me making money, and actually did it, I was forced into an isle I know nothing about to stock items- not my job)
-Getting scheduled for an hour and a half long shifts
-A 3 day suspension for eating in the cafe
-Manager taking my sales from under me
Please tell me what I should do... I fucking hate this place guys. -

No problem. I had just got done grabbing lunch at a local Chinese place, and decided to bring it back to work, where I went into the cafe and purchased a drink and a small treat (along with a purchase of a fucking spoon, because apparently, we have to pay for those) I was ordered by the cafe associate to leave because I had brought in food from another place. I refused to do so because I had been told as long as I was purchasing from the cafe, I was allowed to eat where I choose. Things escalated and a manager was brought in to remove me. I grumbled a bit and finally went to the break room. When I had returned to my position on the sales floor another manager had come up to me, made me sign a write up, took my badge and sent me home for "Bringing none frys edibles inside of the Frys cafe"

So there's a law that your manager has to be polite and sweet? What he said was certainly against Fry's company policies, but illegal? You were told to fuck off, you weren't raped or robbed or assaulted. Man up and grow a pair. This is pretty much universal in commission based sales environments, and done to comply with labor laws. If you don't like the draw, then sell more.-Being told to fuck off from a manager

Um, quit and go somewhere else? Transfer departments? Tell your manager to go fuck himself? -

Well, I work at 20, and I haven't heard of such stories (yet). Some sups/managers are just seriously pathetic, but you can't do jack about it. Just two things you can do: Department switch or a new job
