    I heard this rumor that Fry's sued the producers or owners of Spongebob on copyright infringment for copying their "Charlie Chip" logo. Check it out below and judge for yourself. I wonder if its true or not.

    I also heard that Fry's got sued for using Celeb pics in their advertising like TV's and computer monitors. I heard Arnold S. the governator was one of them LOL.Fry's is corrupt I am here to talk about it.

    Those two are very similar. except for one is a sponge and the other is a chip. The sponge is a more popular "brand" than Charley chip. did i stated the obvious? lol

    I bet most of you didn't know that Charlie Chip was born from Bob the Bag? Remember, Fry's did start out as a grocery store. Heard it from Randy when he use to come down himself for the "mandatory awards meeting".

    Yes, and no. While the Fry family DID own a grocery chain, it was sold to Kroger in 1972. Frys electronics was started by the 3 Fry brothers (and a girlfriend) in 1985. So I i guess it didn't literally start out as a grocery chain. Although the start up money DID come from the 1million apiece daddy Fry gave to his boys when the chain was sold.  
     
    I find it hard to believe Frys could ever collect on a Spongebob lawsuit. Just about every item you can think of has had arms, legs and a set of googly eyes attached to them for advertising purposes. Another close one that comes to mind was the fries in the old McDonald commercials.
