    Dear Fry's Managers,  
     
    Why the hell are you overstaffing us?! Its just making it much harder to sell since sales are down and the economy is going down the shit hole very fast. Gas is $3.65 do you think people want to drive to Fry's most of the shit we sell isn't a want its a need. Look at Walmart its packed because it has alot of other things people need and not want but also they carry alot of things we carry and for much much less. Also why are we hiring more people it doenst make sense they are stupid and don't know shit and we don't need more people right now its fucken slow as fuck.Fry's is corrupt I am here to talk about it.

    I know for a fact I've personally said that to you.  
     
    The thing is we have allocations on hours for each position, so it's not exactly up to the DMs to decide how many sales people they have. From a corporate stand point Salesmen are the cheapest and greatest producing labor. From a salesmen standpoint it really sucks to watch the commissions get split even more than they already are.  
     
    But, Fry's is still much better than anywhere else you could work in this area. Best Buy sure as hell isn't going to pay you the way we do.

    Well your store is probably busy but then you have more sales associates than there are customers. Or what I mean to say is the ratio of salesmen to customers keeps getting smaller and smaller.i am a worm.

    Deparment Managers are allocated a certain amount of hours which they must allocate regardless on how busy a shift is.

    Since they fired all the draw people they must now give us more hours cause now according to Fry's they are short on employees and in order for DM to get paid they must use all their hours so they are actually giving employees more hours. this doesn't make sense why give more hours when its not needed? THE DEPRESSION/RECRESSION IS HERE PEOPLE!

    if they dont do there jobs they dont get paid. everone is expendable, we are all easily replacable.  
    that is what the home office people are thinking. its how retail works  
    it cant be helped. what would you do if you were a manager and had to deal with all of this.i love it when they call me big papa
