    Product bundling is not illegal.

Fry's can do it all they want. Most places still sell the Wii in bundles.

Chill our Morgan. Like I've said in other posts, no one is pulling any money from anyone. People willingly give their money away. If they're dumb or desperate it's hardly the store's fault. Now, communist countries, such as China, Korea, Vietnam, and Cuba, face extinction at the face of a proven-to-not-work politico-economical system.

It is not illegal and if you owned Fry's and realized that bundles make the company money, you would do it too.

Supposedly they have to carry both the wii and the wii bundle at certain ratios as to make sure the customer is not "FORCED" into buying the bundle in order to obtain the product. I am pretty sure that it is truly illegal, American consumer rights are actually pretty impressive.Superhero!

I work for AT&T and yes management urges us to bundle the products such as the Iphone and accessories. But what is really concerning is that they product bundle all the other phones with the accessories and data feature and they do not give customers the option to purchase the phone without the accessories.

What sucks about the bundles is you convince people to get low speed internet. Cox standard package includes 9mbps/1mbps package. AT&T offers internet which up to par with a low grade DSL connection.

I am totally confused. Fry's doesn't force people to buy bundles. People willfully buy products as a bundle at Fry's or can go someplace else- capitalism anyone?
