It doesn't seem like it sucks working at Frys. I think the problem is the self-entitled trolls/liberals who have no business working in customer service with that attitude... The type of jerks who post in this forum...

No it doesn't, it's not half bad. Some days are frustrating and some days are awesome, its just sales.. People like Obiwine come on here and troll around and post bad remarks about it being a bad workplace and make fun of their employees. The funny part is he never worked at Fry's!

I worked at Frys for 5 years. The first year was good because they had good managers. Then they started to cut corners and hire the worst fucking managers ever. Frys is a hell hole and I hope it burns to the ground. They treat every one of their employees like shit and if you can't see that than you must have your head so far up your DM's ass he's brainwashed you.

Frys is the very first exposure to employment for some of these young ones, and they have not had the experience to know that this is a bottom of the barrel company. Frys rides a fine line between what is legal or illegal exploitation of employees.  
Most companies will provide you with paper plates or plastic forks for your meals, but not Frys. I have worked commission sales at other companies and they don't try to make you do merchandising, stocking, and warehouse work for free like Frys.  
I have had good days working at Frys, but the bad ones far outweigh them. I spent about 20 min helping some customers buy a computer, case and accessories recently, and the commission was .09 cents because it was a sale item. Fuck you Frys!

At Frys your just a badge number and the numbers you bring to the company. This is how you are defined and judged. You will sacrifice your time and earnings to Frys until you quit, forced to quit or terminated.

Having to stock and merchandise when I'm supposed to sell is a downer. Been looking for a new job. Just have to work with what I have for now (this sales job at Fry's).

it always amazes me how someone using a guest account refers to skully, asdf, myself, and others as trolls.

I haven't posted here in ages. I've only worked two positions. Neither of which were bad in my opinion. I defiantly know the shit they are pulling to Sales Men/Women, Supervisors and even Merchandisers (aka Accessory Sales) just isn't right. I especially feel bad for the Merchandisers, that is in no way fair. :face-plain:
