The Secret Service traditionally has given pithy, private names to those whose lives they protect. The monikers are a throwback to a time when electronic communications were not encrypted, and they no longer serve a security function. Still, they give an occasional peek at the players' personalities, in addition to serving as great trivia questions.

Looks like YOU'RE the dumbass. The article calls it "TAW" with no periods.

It's the TAW L/P if you look at SEC filings, which is the ultimate source of information on the matter. If you look at most occupancy certificates and business documents at B&M stores, you'll see the property owner as "TAW L/P". I believe the TAW was founded to prevent heavy property divisions and losses in controlling stake caused by divorce and to exploit "legal" but unethical tax loopholes. The TAW L/P I believe is controlled primarily by some family member of Kathy's or the Fry's bros. With that being said, I wouldn't talk about it in your store. Fry's has been extremely secretive about their finances, and how they capitalized the company. Most store managers don't even know too much about the TAW other than most documents reporting them as the rightful owner of the building. Anyway rich people don't get rich by doing good, they use their position for evil and deception. Which is why things like this happen. Honesty and transparency is not important to such people.

ITEM 5 - INTEREST IN SECURITIES OF THE ISSUER

    (a) Fry's beneficially owns, and TAW beneficially owns, as the controlling
shareholder of Fry's, 3,150,000 shares of Common Stock, constituting
approximately 9.9667% of the outstanding Common Stock (based on the Issuer's
Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended November 30, 2000, filed January 12,
2001, assuming no change in outstanding Common Stock). RDJ, as the general
partner of TAW, may be deemed to indirectly beneficially own the Common Stock
beneficially owned by Fry's and TAW; RDJ disclaims such beneficial ownership.

    (b) Each of Fry's and TAW has the sole power to vote and the sole power to
