I'm in the Long beach area and all the Frys are withing 11-17 miles away. My friend worked at Frys, so I know what i'm getting in to. I just want to work at the most competent one.

    So to recap:

Which of these should I apply to?

    Fountain Valley
    Anaheim

Employees hate new hires. They increase competition in the store.

One of our sales guys is so dumb, he put in his drivers license number instead of the customer's, while filling out a Fry's card application. Why? Because the text fields are labeled associate use only. You cannot make this stuff up, people.

I'm trying to stay away from sales or cashier. Accessory sales or software is where I want to end up, I don't feel like pushing fry's cards thank you :). I just want to stack boxes, and help people find what they need. I'm studying for some certs so I can be a technician when I'm ready.

Store 28 (industry) is the best choice in the LA area. Its newer, bigger, and more profitable than the other LA stores, hands down. The mgmt team there is cool too. the store manager is totally chill and easy to work with. Good luck..

standard 40 hour week. its like $16/hr but tax free. A lot of people be happier if they did not have to pay the government 30% of their check. If you make $30/hr, $10/hr goes to the government wtf.
