First off, let us know what is wrong with your computer? Maybe it's a problem not covered by the warranty.

you can always ship to the nearest fry's, which i believe is in Chicago.the wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round

    1. Check to see if the screen is cracked or any other physical damage. (this is not covered)
    2. Shake and listen for broken parts.
    3. Restore your computer first to see if it solves your problem.

If this doesn't solve your problem then send it back to Fry's or see if the manufacturer will fix it for free.i am a worm.

Call the company who makes it. Although now that I'm thinking about it usually they connect you with some Indian who cant understand a word you are saying and vice versa then they say they will charge you for further assistance. Im glad to hear you moved out of my state. I hate those stupid east coast bitches who move over here and complain about how hot it is and can't drive.
Its a relief to know one, at least, has gone. :face-angel:Superhero!

what else would you consider concord? Pretty much everything from Santa Cruz north would be considered norcal.
