    Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 12:16 PM ET) -- A California federal judge approved an agreement Tuesday between Fry's Electronics Inc. and a former cashier that resolves a putative class action alleging the retailer discriminated against male employees and failed to provide proper vacation pay and seating accommodations.  
     
    U.S. District Judge Christina A. Snyder signed off on a joint stipulation and dismissed a putative class action brought against Fry's by Brian Dushman, a former cashier who claimed he and other male employees were often required to help customers carry items to their cars while female...
