San Jose — Frys.com Open Tournament Chairperson and Fry’s Electronics Co-Founder and Executive Vice President, Kathy Kolder announced today that the 2013 Frys.com Open will award $1 million from tournament proceeds to a number of designated charities. The tournament has awarded more than $6 million to charity since inception in 2006.
“The 2013 Frys.com Open was a success and we are pleased knowing tournament proceeds will benefit the lives of others,” Kolder said. “Our thanks go out to our Northern California community, the more than 1,100 dedicated volunteers and our generous sponsors who make this event possible.”
