It seems like some of you feel stuck at your jobs with Fry's. So I'm going to help you get out! Here's a list of electronic (and non-electronic) retail stores that scored higher in overall satisfaction on Glassdoor.com, and links to their respective online websites to apply. For reference, Fry's scored a 2.4 / 5 (less than McDonalds!). You've gained enough experience at Fry's, and are ready to carry that experience over into a new, more satisfying place to work at any of the following:

    Apple Store: 3.9 / 5
    http://www.apple.com/jobs/us/retail.html

    Costco: 3.8 / 5

    Trader Joe's: 3.6 / 5
    http://www.traderjoes.com/careers/

    Whole Foods: 3.6 / 5
    http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/careers

    Best Buy: 3.3 / 5

    Sony Electronics: 3.1 / 5

    NASA: 4.1 / 5

That is very kind of you!

You do not always have to move onto another retail job. One guy at Fremont step down from MIC, went back to school, and people claim he works at NASA now. I don't know if this is true but it never hurts to dream.Fry's is corrupt I am here to talk about it.

That's very ambitious of him, but not everyone can pull that off. However, horizontal transitioning from one retail job to a better one is very achievable and an easy way to improve your quality of life.

See Fry's for what 99% of its workforce should see it as: a transition from one job to another.

Any name on that? I used to work at Fremont (Five years free from that place) and none of the MIC/PIC's were intelligent enough for that kind of job unless s/he is sweeping the floors of NASA.
