I purchased a 65" OLED TV on Black Friday. It worked great for just under 2 weeks and the panel suddenly went bad. Really bad (not physically damaged/cracked in any way). Keeping a giant box for a 65" TV in my house wasn't feasible, and I also didn't expect a new TV to go bad in under two weeks. Will I be able to return/exchange a defective TV without the original packaging?

Should not be a problem if within the return policy. I would call the store first and talk to the AV or store manager.

If it's truly defective and not physical damage then the return will get accepted.

Thanks! Yes, definitely "truly defective" as you can see here:
